During our first session, we will explore your reason for entering into therapy, your background, and what you wish to achieve. This is your therapeutic process and your goals will guide the work that we do. We can adjust and review your goals throughout therapy.
I do not accept insurance, as I believe that this helps to ensure your privacy. However, I can provide you with an invoice, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Your invoice will include all of the information that your insurance requires. However, I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will be willing to reimburse you. Please contact me if you have any questions
